With over 25 years of experience, Chef Banerjee crafts a menu of heritage recipes and seasonal ingredients, honoring the authentic spirit of traditional Bengal pice hotels.

Sanjib Saha | Interior Design
Saha brings “Old Calcutta” to life across our 3,000 sq. ft. space. From red oxide floors and khorkhori windows to Kalighat art, the atmosphere perfectly balances vintage charm with modern dining needs.

Abhishek Roy | Couture Design
Trained at Kala Bhavan, Roy designed our simple, functional staff uniforms using sustainable khadi cotton to seamlessly complement the restaurant’s heritage aesthetic without distraction.
